General Information
Freezing Friction is a fast-paced third-person action game, where you focus on getting the highest score possible by slaying worms in icy caverns. The player has to manage their HEAT, a resource that allows you to use your grapple hook and deal increased damage to worms.
Early on in the project, it became clear to me the scope was crucial. We had to assess the scope of the game and align it with the available manpower and time we had. We made clear and strong sprint goals so that we achieved the player experience, and reached our personal goals as a team.
In the end, Freezing Friction was successfully released on itch.io.

I was responsible in this team for upholding the scrum processes within the team. This included checking if everything was properly set up in Jira, and helping out team members if they had any questions in regards to scrum.
Finally, I also calculated things such as team velocity and setup clear documentation for my team on how to write tasks and user stories.

Maintaining Scope
At the beginning of the project, I set up a scope planning together with my team which kept track of everything that was going to be in the game, and at what level of quality it would in a certain week.
It was continuously updated, and worked as a tool to know what we could deliver as a team, but also showcased the points we could improve upon in our pipelines when an item fell behind.
